About Us
Built on Straight Answers
Bedrock Build Consultants exists for one reason: commercial construction projects go sideways when nobody is watching the numbers, the schedule, and the contractors at the same time. We watch all three. We work for owners and developers across the Denver metro who want their projects delivered the way they were promised.
The firm is led by principal consultant Marcus Feldon, who has spent his career in the field and at the table — walking sites, reading drawings, and holding budgets to account. Marcus built this practice in Denver on a simple standard: tell clients the truth early, even when it's inconvenient, because bad news does not improve with age.
